What it is
A 70/30 pea and brown rice protein blend with real cocoa. The two sources are combined so the amino acid profile is complete — pea covers what rice lacks, and vice versa.
Dose per serving
One 32g scoop delivers 23g of protein. Mix with 300ml of water or plant milk; it’s thicker than whey, so blend if you prefer it smooth.
What the evidence says
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Plant or dairy origin makes no difference to that registered claim.
What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t taste identical to whey. It’s close, and the texture is honest.
