How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2–3 working days. Delivery is £3.95, or free when your order is over £40. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How does the 60-day guarantee work?
Use any product for up to 60 days from delivery. If you’re not happy, email us and send the tub back — even empty — for a full refund to your original payment method. No forms, no fuss. This sits on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them.
How do I return something?
Email support@dcpeptidelabs.com with your order number and we’ll send the return address. Once the return arrives, refunds are processed within 14 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full terms.
Where can I find allergen information?
On every product page, in the short description near the price and again under “Usage & allergens”. Allergens are shown in bold, and each product states what shared facilities also handle. If you’re unsure, email us before ordering.
What is batch testing and how do I verify my tub?
Every production batch is tested by an independent UK laboratory for identity, purity and heavy metals. Find the batch number printed on the base or side of your tub, then match it on our Lab Results page to download the certificate of analysis.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.

How do I track my order?
Your dispatch email contains a Royal Mail tracking link. If you checked out with an account, you can also find your orders and tracking under My Account. No dispatch email within two working days? Check spam, then email us.
