What it is
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, 4000IU/100µg) paired with vitamin K2 in the MK-7 form (100µg) in a single daily capsule. One bottle lasts 90 days.
Dose per serving
One capsule daily with a meal containing some fat — both vitamins are fat-soluble.
What the evidence says
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. All authorised claims — we don’t go beyond them.
What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t “boost” anything. That word isn’t on the register and you won’t find it on our label.
Usage & allergens
One capsule daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. Contains none of the 14 major allergens; D3 is derived from lanolin, so not suitable for vegans. The NHS advises 10µg daily in autumn and winter for most people — this is a higher dose; check with your GP if unsure. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
