Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify payment; if so we’ll refund in full.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. See our Shipping page for services, timescales and costs. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. On top of that, our 60-day guarantee lets you return any product — even opened — for a full refund. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
6. Products and health
Our products are food supplements and meal replacements. They are not medicines and make no medicinal claims. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Check the label for allergens and usage. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version live when you order is the one that applies.
