Use any product for up to 60 days from delivery. If you’re not happy, email support@dcpeptidelabs.com with your order number, send back the tub — even empty — and we’ll refund the product in full to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. No forms, no fuss.
Your statutory rights
The 60-day guarantee sits on top of — not instead of — your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason; under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you’re entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing on this page reduces those rights.
How to return
1. Email support@dcpeptidelabs.com with your order number and which products you’re returning.
2. We reply with the return address within one working day.
3. Post the return — we recommend a tracked service. Return postage is your cost unless the item is faulty or wrong, in which case we cover it.
4. Refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
